George in the service department has gone out of his way to take care of me and the nightmare that has been my 2019 Silverado Trailboss. I drive a lot to the tune of about 35k miles a year. I have owned this truck for a little over two years and it has been in the shop for service about 6 weeks total in this two years. Quality issues have killed my enjoyment of this truck which I do love outside of those but they are getting ridiculous at this point. That being said George has taken care of me everytime I have had issues and has been understanding and considerate in my plight, he might be the only reason I would ever possibly consider buying another Chevy but if I continue to get to know him any better there will be little chance of that.
